I got a mug showing my 5 dogs that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge and a mug showing my current living dog. I saw Rainbow Bridge dogs with wings, indicating they had passed on. My mug does not have wings on those 5 dogs. The other mug is fine because that dog is living with me now. Why did the Rainbow dogs appear to be living now? I wanted that mug as a remembrance of the 5 I lost. Can you help with this dilemma?

I wish the colors had been more vivid and picture not so cut out sticker looking. It is a great concept though.

The mugs came on time and are good quality and the colors of the images are good also. The images are nice but just a bit smaller than I expected by the photos, thus the 4 stars instead of 5
Overall, the ornament is very nice, although I do think the deepness of the hues is a bit lighter in person than online. Also, in the ornament of two people and a dog, it would have been a nice option to situate the dog BETWEEN the 2 people and not on the end.
This order took way too long. I was afraid I'd never receive it. It's an adorable product but it just took way too long :(
