The mug looks good and came with the images I ordered. It was packed very well in a styrofoam shell. My only complaint is that even after paying an extra $5 for better quality, the mug was still made in China. Big disappointment, not really sure what the extra $5 gets you.

The decal was too small and misplaced - couldn't see my dogs without bending wrist awkwardly while sipping a beverage. They made another one - increased the size of the decal but still misplaced with same result. Asked me to send yet another picture but don't have time to keep fooling around with it. Granted the customer service is good, quality control is not.

It was her and her 4 dog some had passed she cried when I gave it to her it was worth every cent thank you

The mug was made exactly as I requested.
The font for the personal message was artistic with two added hearts that was even better than I pictured.

I was looking so forward to getting it as it’s a gift for someone.

Christmas has come and gone and I think my order is to.

For the price could be better

It is a perfect gift. So personal. You get to choose the background, color of clothes and hair. It is good quality, well made. I’m incredibly hanky with my purchase.
